Join Lydia Buckler, Chloe Baio & Tayler Hayes for Liminal, a two-hour co-led movement practice honouring the Winter Solstice. As the year draws to a close and the world around us speeds up, this is an invitation to slow down, to gather quietly, to turn inward, and to find stillness amidst the noise of the season.

We’ll weave meditation, pranayama, movement and flow with deep, nurturing rest- a practice for grounding, reflection, and renewal. Through practice, we find anchoring, steadiness, and quiet guidance in the pause between light and dark.

New Year’s Day becomes a moment to realign with your deepest, most authentic self. Guided by sound therapist, music producer and shamanically trained sound & reiki healer Jessii Rose, you’ll be held in an immersive journey of celestial crystal bowls, traditional gong, clear quartz resonance and orchestral chimes.

Gently clear stagnant energy, soften blockages and invite clarity around your intentions for the year ahead. Stepping into the new year with softness, focus and a quiet sense of abundance.
